Certificate

A Certificate of Completion is awarded if 75% attendance is attained and course requirements are met for short-term classes. EKG, Phlebotomy, and Clinical Medical Assistant programs have 90% attendance requirements (details on the first day of class). Fire, EMT, STNA, PCA, 5 WK PLUS Program, and CPR courses require 100% attendance.

Refund Policy

Short-Term Classes: Refunds, less a $15 processing fee will be made if the student withdraws before the second class.  If the class is cancelled due to low enrollment, no processing fee will be charged.

Motorcycle Classes: There are no refunds of the $50 registration fee.  Students may re-schedule a class by calling 513.612.5847 to request a change to a later class.

Computer 1 & 2 Day Seminar Classes: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged unless a cancellation is received no later than 48 hours before the start of class.

IT Certification Programs: A $150 cancellation fee will be charged unless a cancellation is received no later than 48 hours before the start of class.

WorkKeys: There are no refunds available for WorkKeys registration. If you need to change your test date and you contact us at 513.771.8881 at least 2 hours before your scheduled testing, we are able to offer a 1 time transfer to a future test date. If we don’t hear from you at least 2 hours before your scheduled test date, we are unable to offer a transfer. This policy is in place out of respect for our students and our staff. By missing your test, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Smoking Policy

All Great Oaks buildings are smoke free environments. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited on all Great Oaks property.
