CompTIA’s A+ certification is the industry standard for computer support technicians. In this 300-hour hands-on IT Support program, you’ll learn the skills and terminology necessary to earn A+ certification. Learn how things work inside a personal computer with hands-on experience under the direction of an experienced IT professional. Understand how to configure a system and enhance your troubleshooting skills. This international, vendor-neutral certification proves competence in several areas: installation, preventative maintenance, basic networking, security and troubleshooting. (Prerequisite: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and basic knowledge of computing concepts.)
